Technician explaining a repair estimate to a homeowner before work begins

Pricing

What appliance repair costs

You will never be charged for work you haven’t agreed to. Here is exactly how it works.

1. The diagnostic — $79

A technician comes out, finds what has actually failed, and explains it. This is the only amount you commit to when you book.

2. The repair price

Once the fault is known you get an exact price covering parts and labour. You approve or decline it before any repair work begins. If you approve, the $79 diagnostic is credited against the total.

3. If you decline

You pay the diagnostic and nothing else. We’ll still tell you what we found and what your options are, including replacing the appliance if that is the better value.

Why we don’t quote over the phone

The same symptom can have a $40 cause or a $400 one. Quoting before diagnosis means either padding the price to be safe or revising it upward later. We’d rather diagnose it and tell you the real number once.

Common questions

How fast can you come out?
We offer same-day or next-day service in Philadelphia depending on your location and technician availability. Book online or call and we will confirm the soonest window we can hold for you.
Is the $79 diagnostic applied to the repair?
Yes. If you approve the repair, the $79 diagnostic fee is credited toward your total.
What appliances do you repair?
Refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers and dishwashers. Tell us what you have and we will confirm we can help before booking.
Do you help me decide whether to repair or replace?
Yes. After diagnosis we tell you what failed, what the repair costs, and how that compares with replacing the appliance given its age and condition. If replacing is the better value, we will say so.
How does pricing work?
You pay a $79 diagnostic for the visit. Once the technician has found the fault you get an exact repair price to approve or decline before any work begins. Any estimate you see online beforehand is a preliminary range, not a quote.
